About The Workshop:
Through dance and art we will explore how the rich symbolism of mandalas connects us to all aspects of life. Symbols, shapes and rhythms are all within us. Even if you have never thought or felt them before, dance and art are amazing tools that will help bring this sacred design out with the right care and attention. This sensitive, intuitive and playful exploration will give us the proper foundation to dive in and draw out insights about many aspects of our lives.
About The Facilitators:
Gaia and Beth are two fun wild woman who emote compassion, creativity and strength. They will create a warm and supportive ground so that we can feel comfortable to ‘let go’ and be ourselves. Art as a Spiritual Practice
Mandala Workshops and Classes

Learn about yourself, grow and enrich your life by creating your own mandalas!
Explore how the rich symbolism of mandalas connects us to all aspects of life. Geometry is at the core of every part of this universe. By using the simplest shape - the circle - we tap into ordered, whole and unified facets of ourselves.
This workshop focuses on subject matters that Gaia explores naturally in her own artwork: nature and our connection to its elements.
During this workshop you will:
· Learn about mandalas
· Explore different aspects of life through creating mandalas
· Feel your body and listen to your heart
· Express yourself with colours, lines and shapes!
No artistic experience is necessary.
Art as a Spiritual Practice
