I first came across Gaia’s artwork while shopping in a friend’s store. I was very intrigued by the ‘ancientness’ of her work and contacted her to see if we could collaborate on art work for my children’s book. While I did have some ideas of what I was looking for, I never could have imagined what her intuition would bring to life while working on Tessa and the Fairies! It was a very satisfying and easy time of it all for me, with Gaia listening to my words and creating art work that spoke to the essence of my stories. I feel fortunate that we live in the same neck of the world, and that we could meet to discuss my vision for Tessa. Thank you Gaia, for breathing visual life into my books!
