A beautiful sleeping Buddha in Pai, Thailand, inspired this sound asleep woman. My first sketch for it was ironically done during a sleepless night due to jet lag upon my return to Canada! We all know what a wide-awake mind in an agitated and exhausted body feels like.
A deep, infinitely quiet sleep is a sure sign of a peaceful heart, mind and body.
